The time has finally come in Birmingham, Alabama to come out of hibernation and to strip away all those winter layers. We’ve only had a few warm days recently (currently 45 F today), but warmer days are ahead and hopefully coming to stay. I have been wanting to get my outdoor spaces ready for Spring—earlier than usual—so that when the beautiful warm days decide to stay everything is ready to go and outside gatherings can commence. I started with a front porch refresh because 1) my front porch is smaller than my back patio which means less time and money 2) there’s nothing better than drinking my morning cold brew out front (i love my front porch view!). This refresh was seriously full of ease. The most time consuming part was assembling the furniture, but thankfully I had my 3 year old little boy to help—where are all my mommas at? If you know, you know. We got it all put together, threw a few outdoor pillows on them to add a little flare and then placed a faux fern on the side table. So easy and just the touch my front porch needed. Warm weather, you may now come and stay please!
It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3
Seriously though, this spring patio refresh only required 3 products!

Faux Plants
Faux plants add life to a space, and the best part? You don’t have to water and maintain them. No green thumb required. Some of the faux plants above are intended specifically for outdoor use. Some of the options are better suited for indoors but can be used outdoors if placed on a covered patio or porch. Please keep this in mind when making your selection so you have a faux plant that is best for your outdoor space for the years to come.
